  • What are the terms and conditions to use this service?
    • 1.) Smart Card Engraved ID that you want to recharge should be correct. BMRC will not be liable if you enter incorrect Engraved ID. Please note that this may lead to recharge of another card.
    • 2.) After successful recharge, please tap your metro card on the entry gate at any Bangalore Metro station after 1 hour and before 7 days from the time of successful recharge.
      In case of any delay, you can visit Customer Care at any Bangalore Metro Station for manual balance update within 60 days from the date of recharge.
    • 3.) Smart Card Recharge service available only for stored value tickets, Trip Count Tickets recharge to be done at stations only.
